Quality & Compliance
A documented process, applied to every consignment
Quality in export is the sum of many small checks. We keep those checks explicit, repeatable and visible to the buyer.
Our Commitment
Eight areas we control on every order
Reliable supplier selection
Supply and manufacturing partners are assessed for capability, hygiene practice and consistency before we place an order with them.
Raw-material review
Incoming materials are reviewed against the agreed specification for the product form and destination market.
Product consistency
Repeat orders are checked against the approved reference so buyers receive the same product each time.
Packaging integrity
Seals, laminates, closures and secondary packing are checked for the transport mode and journey length.
Hygiene and handling
Handling, storage and cold-chain practices are confirmed with each processing partner for the relevant category.
Shipment inspection
Consignments are inspected before loading, covering counts, condition, coding and packing.
Destination documentation
Document sets are prepared for the destination market's requirements for that specific product.
Continuous communication
Buyers receive status updates through production, packing and dispatch rather than only at delivery.
On certifications
We do not display certification marks or claim registrations that have not been granted to Sneha Express or to the specific supply partner for a given consignment.
Where a destination market or buyer requires specific certification, testing or registration for a product, we confirm what is available for that consignment and share the supporting documentation directly. Certification details are available on request.
What we ask from buyers
- Written specifications for grade, format and packaging
- Any destination-specific labelling or regulatory requirements
- Testing or inspection expectations before shipment
- Approval on samples and artwork before the production run
- Feedback after delivery so repeat orders improve
