Export Process

A structured route from enquiry to delivered consignment

Export goes wrong in the gaps between stages. Our process keeps specification, packaging and documentation aligned from the first conversation to the final delivery.

Six Steps

How an order moves through Sneha Express

  1. Step 1

    Understand buyer requirements

We capture the product, grade, volume, packaging format, destination market and timeline in writing so that every later stage works from the same brief.

    • Written requirement summary
    • Destination market review
    • Indicative volumes and schedule
  2. Step 2

    Source or manufacture the product

Depending on the category, we source through established supply partners or arrange production with a manufacturing partner suited to the specification.

    • Partner selection per category
    • Sample submission where relevant
    • Costing against confirmed volume
  3. Step 3

    Conduct quality and packaging checks

Batches are reviewed against the agreed specification, and packaging is checked for integrity, sealing and suitability for the transport mode.

    • Specification verification
    • Packaging integrity check
    • Handling and storage review
  4. Step 4

    Finalize private-label and packaging requirements

Artwork, pack sizes, labelling text and carton configurations are approved before the production run so repeat orders stay consistent.

    • Artwork proof approval
    • Label content for the destination
    • Carton and pallet configuration
  5. Step 5

    Coordinate documentation and shipment

We prepare the commercial and transport documentation required for the destination, book the shipment and supervise loading.

    • Commercial documents
    • Transport booking
    • Loading supervision
  6. Step 6

    Provide delivery and post-shipment support

We track the consignment through to arrival and remain available for documentation queries, repeat orders and feedback.

    • Shipment tracking updates
    • Documentation follow-up
    • Repeat order planning

Documentation

Destination-specific paperwork, prepared per shipment

Document sets differ by product category and destination. We confirm the exact requirement with the buyer and the relevant authorities rather than assuming a standard pack.
